The 24-463 Chipper/Shredder features a powerful 5.5 hp Briggs & Stratton engine. The chipper/shredder can handle branches up to a substantial 5cm in diameter. The drop down hopper is ideal for mulching the lighter brush and garden debris which can be swept directly from the ground. This unit comes as standard with a 90 litre mesh collection bag. This can be used when shredding small volumes to help keep the lawn tidy. The reduction ratio of 10:1 ensures this machine produces material suitable for mulching. This shredder is ideal for gardeners who have found the electric shredder simply not sufficient for the job!
